What's Covered
Your Kodak PIXPRO camera is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. If a problem arises due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we'll either repair or replace your camera with a new or refurbished one at our discretion.
Please note: This warranty only covers products purchased and used within the United States.
What's Not Covered
The warranty doesn't apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling (including exposure to sand, liquids, or extreme temperatures)
- Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized persons
- Use of non-Kodak parts or accessories
- Removal or alteration of the camera's serial number
How to Get Warranty Service
- Check the Help Center: Before contacting support, see if your issue is addressed in our Help Center articles. You might find a quick solution or troubleshooting tips that can save you time.
- Contact Kodak Support: If you're still experiencing problems or believe your camera has a defect covered under warranty, please submit a support request. Have your camera's model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready.
- Diagnosis: Our support team will help diagnose the issue. If it's covered under warranty, they'll provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning your camera.
Return Your Camera:
- Carefully package your camera in its original packaging or secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include the following:
- The completed RMA form provided by Kodak Support.
- A copy of your dated purchase receipt.
- Do not include any accessories unless specifically instructed to do so by Kodak Support. This includes:
- SD cards
- Batteries
- Chargers
- Cables
- Camera bags or cases
- Any other additional items not originally included with the camera.
- Send the package to the address provided on the RMA form.
Repair or Replacement: We'll repair or replace your camera and return it to you as soon as possible.
Important Notes:
- Back up your photos and videos before sending your camera for service.
- Kodak is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- If the issue is not covered by the warranty, you might be offered repair services at a cost.
