Do I need to format my SD card for the FZ43?

It is always recommended to "format" a new SD or SDHC card in your KODAK PIXPRO FZ43 camera before using and taking photos/videos.
This is an easy task, by simply inserting the standard SD card into the SD card slot in the FZ43 and accessing the "Format SD Card" in the FZ43 camera "Menu".
