My FZ43 says "Warning! Battery Exhausted"

This means the AA batteries in your FZ43 are depleted or running very low. The FZ43 will shut down in 2 seconds. 

Replace with new, brand name AA batteries and keep some spare AA batteries with your camera just in case.
